Rentals are not covered by our Guarantee. Why not? It's simple - Because
you are not experienced withour products and launchers, and because it
is a rental that, that is often a once in a lifetime event for you, you
will not be experienced using our Rental Gear. If you are
having a large event and would like to insure that your effect is
spectacular, we recommend that you hire us to design, execute and
produce the effect. Sadly, we have had some folks that have tried to
take advantage of us. They know that they will never need us again, so
they decide to claim that the gear did not perform properly and demand a
refund.
Our rental equipment when used properly, works
exactly as described. Please take pictures and video
of your effect in action for three reasons.
#1. You'll want to remember this event and your Special
Effect.
#2. You'll be able to enter our best picture of the month contest and
perhaps win a $100.00 Amazon.com Gift Certificate!
#3. If something does go wrong, we will need the pictures and/or video
to diagnose the problem. All that being said, you
should have a wonderful experience with our rental equipment. Do
yourself a favor and order enough confetti, streamers, Co2 etc to test
your effect before the event. That way you will know it's limitations,
and plan for them accordingly. |
